- 3 cups of watermelon cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cup of tomato
- 1 cucumber, cut
- 1/2 red pepper, cut
- 2 tablespoons of red onions
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill lightly and server
