Fish Tacos


  • Salmon filet
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh coriander / cilantro
  • Red onion
  • Avocado
  • Hard tacos

  1. Cut the salmon into large cubes and sear them in a skillet
  2. Dice the tomatoes, red onion and the cilantro, and season the mixture with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Dice the avocado
  4. Stuff the taco shells with salmon, tomatoes and avocado.
Add a few shavings of Spicy Mango Food Crayon and enjoy!
