Chocolate Fondant

Ingredient for 4 cakes
- Butter : 95g
- Flour : 50g
- Sugar : 100g
- 3 eggs
- Chocolate: 90g
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 400°F
- Melt the chocolate with a bain-marie
- Once melted, add the butter
- Once the mix is smooth, remove from heating
- Add the flour, the sugar and the eggs
- Mix until the mixture is smooth
- Put butter and flour in the mould (to prevent the cake from sticking)
- Pour in 4 littles mould and bake 8 minutes
- Serve hot, the chocolate inside will be hot
