Chili con Carne

For 4 people :


  • 500g of ground beef
  • 1 can of tomato paste 
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. Brown the ground beef in a pan
  2. Add onion, garlic and tomatoes to the meat
  3. Continue cooking while stirring in the can of tomato paste.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes and add water and chili powder.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally 
  7. Add the black beans.
  8. Cook for another 15 minutes and reduce to obtain a creamy sauce.
Serve on a bed of rice or simply with tortillas, and sharpen a few shavings of Chipotle Food Crayon and decorate your dish, Enjoy!
