Berry Sorbet

  • 400g of frozen red berries
  • 1 egg white
  • 75g of powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  1. In a food processor, purée the berries, egg white, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Enjoy immediately or place in the freezer if you want to make balls.
