Berry Sorbet

Ingredients:
- 400g of frozen red berries
- 1 egg white
- 75g of powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- In a food processor, purée the berries, egg white, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
- Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately or place in the freezer if you want to make balls.
