Avocado Shrimps

For 4 people:


  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon of Ketchup
  • 2 ripe avocados cut in halves
  • 6 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper as you like


  1. Flash boil the shrimps to make them warm
  2. Cut avocados in 2 halves
  3. Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise and some drops of chili sauce (to taste)
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  5. Mix the shrimps in the mayonnaise mixture
  6. Put a few spoonful of the mixture in each of the avocado halves
Decorate each avocado with 4 shavings of the Grapefruit & Timut Pepper Food Crayon
