Avocado Shrimps
For 4 people:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked shrimp
- 2 tablespoon of Ketchup
- 2 ripe avocados cut in halves
- 6 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper as you like
Preparation
- Flash boil the shrimps to make them warm
- Cut avocados in 2 halves
- Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise and some drops of chili sauce (to taste)
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
- Mix the shrimps in the mayonnaise mixture
- Put a few spoonful of the mixture in each of the avocado halves
